Berlin-based product designer Fabien Dumas was born 1976 in Fort de France, Martinique, and graduated from the Berlin University of Art as Diploma Designer for Industrial Design in 2003. During his studies in Germany, he worked as a freelance designer on several projects with renowned department stores such as KaDeWe and Galeries Lafayette. Since 2004, his products are part of the collection of Ingo Maurer, Marset, DARK, DH PH and Vertigo Bird. He also worked as a freelance designer for Arne Quinze at Quinze&Milan in Kortrijk, Belgium in 2006.
