Gonzalo Milà
Started studying Architecture and in 1988 started working at the Miguel Milà design studio. His experience gained led him to study Industrial Design at the Elisava School. In 1994, he joined forces with Juan Carlos Ines to open the Ines-Milà studio, which was the birthplace of pieces such as the Tutombas Pranha easy chair and the Balensiya rocking chair.
He then went on to set up, along with Miguel and Micaela Milà, the Milà Diseño studio. Signature projects of the group included the interior design in the Casa Milà and the Rama lamppost, winner of the ADI-FAD Delta de Plata award.
In 1999, he joined Santa & Cole Ediciones de Diseño as head of the urban division, focussing on the development of new products.
